By downloading or using Ash Tag ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Age Requirement
Ash Tag is a cigar collection and tracking app intended for use by adults only. You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal tobacco purchasing age in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using Ash Tag, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Use of the App
Ash Tag is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any component of the App or its connected services
- Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App's AI search feature
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code within Ash Tag are the property of Ash Tag and its creator. The golden leaf logo and "Ash Tag" name are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without explicit written permission.
Cigar names, brands, and related data returned through the AI search feature belong to their respective owners. Ash Tag makes no claim of ownership over third-party brand information.
AI Search
The AI-powered cigar lookup feature is provided as a convenience tool. Search results are generated by an AI model and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Ash Tag does not guarantee the accuracy of cigar information returned by the AI search, including but not limited to pricing, vitola dimensions, or blend details. Always verify important details with your retailer or the manufacturer.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ash Tag makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ash Tag and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Data & Backups
Your collection data is stored locally on your device. Ash Tag is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or software updates. We strongly recommend using the Data Management export feature in Settings to back up your collection regularly.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
