How does Humidor Scan work?
Photograph a shelf with the cigar bands facing up. Ash Tag reads the bands to identify each blend, then you confirm the size and format before saving. Even light and an uncrowded frame give the best results. Scanning is part of the AI Pack subscription.
My box and my singles of the same cigar aren’t the same age. Can Ash Tag handle that?
Yes — that’s what lots are for. Record each purchase separately and every one keeps its own resting date, price and count, even across different humidors. See Lots & Aging.
Which humidity sensors work?
Govee H5075 and H5074, read directly over Bluetooth. No Govee account, no hub, no Wi-Fi. Readings refresh whenever the app is open.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your collection and notes are stored on your device and are never shared. Only barcode lookups contribute anonymously to the shared database. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
